Webinar: The Competitive Advantage: A Coach in Your Corner

Ever wonder what a coach can do for your career? Many professional women are used to creating success on their own. Yet, really savvy business people know when to ask for help.

In this one-hour webinar, you’ll see how an executive coach works with both head and heart, helping clients put aside daily distractions to and their own answers to big questions. Questions like,

  • How do I change careers when I don’t know what I want to do next?
  • Is there a way to get work-life balance without sacrificing the next promotion?
  • How do I become a more effective leader/entrepreneur?

In this interactive session, the audience will observe three OWIT members being coached, on different career issues. After each coaching session, there will be a short debrief to further the learning.

We need three volunteers to be coached during this recorded session.

To volunteer, please contact carol@carolrossandassociates.com. Each volunteer will be coached on a topic of their choice for 12 minutes by a seasoned executive coach. Volunteers will be identied by a first name only during the coaching.

Carol Ross is a former engineer turned career coach, entrepreneur, social media enthusiast and author of three blogs with over two decades of experience in the nuclear power and telecommunications industries.

Since 2002, she has coached executives and professionals in diverse industries and companies such as Wells Fargo, Avaya and Caterpillar. Her career advice has been featured in The Wall Street Journal , The New York Times, The Boston Globe, Chicago Tribune, and U.S. News & World Report. She is a regular contributor to Northwestern University Alumni Association’s career blog.
