Ethical issues can arise when working on pro bono cases and these types of cases often involve different ethics rules and standards, which make navigating these unique scenarios challenging. On June 29, join Baker McKenzie to discuss hypothetical cases in various areas of public interest law from housing, domestic violence, and children’s rights, to immigration and beyond.
While focused on common ethical issues that arise in pro bono cases, this session will also provide valuable guidance on the Illinois Rules of Professional conduct for all Illinois attorneys.
